Complete and ready for work, with a white locating ring, gasket and a pressure valve which closes the vacuum circuit when the vacuum is not in use.

AS24M00425 is the half-size (1/2) CNC vacuum pod for Biesse Rover CNC processing center machines.

These AS24M00425 vacuum pads are the ideal support for narrow parts vacuum clamping.

ATS stands for ‘Advanced Table Setting’, a system developed by the company Biesse for positioning the vacuum pads on working table of CNC machining centers.

• The suction cups are manually positioned. At ATS, the suction plates can be easily removed.
• Underneath a vacuum pod, there’s a locating ring with teeth (15° spacing) that can be inserted into aluminum carrier.
• There are three different heights of suction blocks: 29mm, 48mm and 74mm vacuum pods for Biesse.
