Shipping Rates & Regions:
European Union (EU) Countries – Free shipping on vacuum pads, up to 950 eur per order.
The maximum order value per shipment is €950, as per our shipping provider’s regulations.
So, there is order value limit.
But feel free to make multiple orders with a free shipping.
Worldwide Shipping – €35 for the first item, plus €10 for each additional item.

Processing & Delivery Times:
Processing Time: Orders are processed (shipping and handling) within 2 business days.
EU Delivery Time: Estimated 5-15 business days.
Worldwide Delivery Time: Estimated 10-20 business days, depending on the destination.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

- Returns and Refunds
30-Day Return Policy
At MOJ DOM Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not
happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and undamaged goods.
Return Eligibility:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase/delivery date.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

- Refund, Money back
In the case of a product return and refund for a customer who previously paid with a payment card, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, MOJ DOM Inc. is obligated to issue the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina payment methods. This means that at the seller’s request, the bank will refund the funds to the cardholder’s account.

All prices are export prices, which are no subject to TAX, and because of that they are shown without VAT.
